We can OPEN! Again. . .

Sep,3 2020

We have been given the green light to open our doors at 25% capacity. What does this mean for you? This means that some of your stylists schedules may have changed to be able to accommodate. This is only temporary and we are grateful for you continued patience and grace. We have the same safety, sanitation and disinfection protocols in place that the health department has given us so that the guest and the stylist knows that they are in a safe environment.

What to expect when coming into the salon:

-Wear a mask (one that you don't mind getting color on)

-If you are sick, have any symptoms of COVID or have been around someone with symptoms, quarantined with someone who has it, or may have been exposed to it, we ask that you reschedule your appointment 14 days after.

-Temperature checks may be given to anyone entering in the salon

-Sanitize your Hands upon entering

-Do NOT bring any extra guests, they will be turned away.

LA County still Closed

Aug. 28, 2020

Well. . . .we are still on the roller coaster. Yesterday the Governor of California announced that we would be able to open our shop indoors with modifications. You can imagine how excited we all were! That was short lived. An hour later LA County came out with statement saying they do not approve the opening of salons. So we wait, yet again. We are being so patient, and it is becoming increasingly harder every day that goes by. We all love what we do here at the shop and want to get those creative juices flowing again! We hope to have better news soon!

A not so update

Aug. 11, 2020

What a roller coaster we have been on! We have all the feels over here of frustration, anger, confusion, and gratefulness. But we are putting all this energy into making sure we are ready for our valued guests when we get the green light to go back. We wish that we had more of an update for you, but the simple answer is you know just as much as we do. We don't have much insight into when the government will let us resume business, but we are patiently waiting right along side all of you.

*Note: If anyone is needing hair care products, please email us and we will always set up a pick up time for you!

Outdoor services

July, 20, 2020

The governor announced that salons can resume business outside. However, we will not be participating in doing so. There are many reasons as to why this just doesn't work, mainly for sanitary, health and safety reasons. We aren't even quite sure why the Board of Cosmetology would support this idea. Conducting business outside is honestly, just unrealistic. We pride ourselves on giving the best salon experience, and for us, it just doesn't feel right. We will resume business when we have the green light to be indoors and give our guests the experience they deserve. We hope that you understand!

COVID closure. . .again

July 10 2020

It is with a heavy heart, that we are announcing an immediate and mandatory (temporary) closure. The last six weeks have been really great seeing all of our guests. It was much needed in lifting our spirits! We truly appreciate how understanding you have all been during this time and, we will now wait for updates as to when we can re-open.

If you have an appointment during this time, please ignore your confirmation and don't cancel that appointment. Leaving the appointment on the books helps us to know who we need to reschedule. We will be reaching out to you once we have a definitive start date.

Check back here to get the latest updates!

Stay safe and Healthy!

COVID-19 Salon updates

May 30, 2020

We have been given the green light by the governor to re-open! This is so exciting for us, however we have so much work to do before we actually re-open to make sure your health is the first priority. Our official re opening date is Tuesday June 2nd. Please be patient as we will be working around the clock to get everyone scheduled and back on our books.

A few very important things to remember when coming to your appointments:

-Wear a mask (one that you don't mind getting color on)

-If you are sick, have any symptoms of COVID or have been around someone with symptoms, quarantined with someone who has it, or may have been exposed to it, we ask that you reschedule your appointment 14 days after.

-Temperature checks may be given to anyone entering in the salon

-Sanitize your Hands upon entering

-Do NOT bring any extra guests, they will be turned away.
